"I payed an additional fee for a room with a steam shower and arrived around 1am for check in. My pla was to get a good night sleep and wake up and take a long steam shower. It turns out the steam feature ended up not even working, which was disappointing. "

"I paid for an upgrade and when I got to my room there was furniture missing. The table-desk. There was an office chair but no table. I called front desk and got a desk later that day. Amenities such as coffee and water are not replenished daily. Even after I requested. Check in was typical GSR. Long line going to the front entrance door. Understaffed check in . I love this hotel and Reno. Been coming here for forty years. Just how it is here."

"Overall I was satisfied with the room however I did expect a little bit more from the resort Tower as far as maybe amenities like shampoos and conditioners I expected a little higher end than they had but other than that it was a fairly good room. "
