"The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was updated with a double sink, walk-in shower, lighted mirror, and lighted vanity mirror. I felt very comfortable."

"Very accommodating, responded to customer concerns, just overall pleased with everything, dining Rosie, Arcade, pool, etc The Toilet was a little too low for a woman my age, it wasn't a deal breaker, enjoyed my stay with family."

"The steakhouse was closed but there is a cafe open 24 hours that offer a variety of food from steaks to other items."

"The front desk people are very nice and friendly. Check in process was quick and smooth. Our Room was even upgraded to the Tuscany suite which was a huge plus. The Tuscany room was well appointed and spacious. The food from the Mexican restaurant is amazing. "

"We had never stayed at a casino / resort. We enjoyed our time at the Grand Sierra. We found the room comfortable and the staff helpful and welcoming. Though we are not gamblers, there were many other options such as shopping, bowling, and other personal amenities. It also appeared very family friendly as there were several baseball teams staying at the resort for a tournament the week we were there."

"I like the arcade and wish it was open later. I like the location and atmosphere. Room feels clean and not like a big party was held here. I would of loved some bottled water for coffee or to drink in the room. The shower would be better if it had different setting options. Also, being over 6' the water only his me from the torso down. But overall i really enjoy the property. "
