"The room was clean and with the casino right there, there was quite a variety of places to eat and play. The staff was extremely helpful although my stay was during the Hawk fire so reaching the front desk by phone was impossible as they were taking in evacuees and extremely busy but a personal visit to the desk got immediate response to the dog that was left alone in the room next door and was barking. They located the owner very quickly and resolved the problem."

"Everything was exceptional! Only one issue we experienced. And I’m sure everyone else who has stayed there will agree with me. The front desk! Long lines. Partly due to people checking in but having their ID’s. And tge kiosk for checking in, not working. Making the check in longer."

"The views from the Vista tower were unrivaled. Beautiful view of the full moon, airplanes landing (no noise) and the MGM lake. Easy in/out of casino which I appreciate. Valet is included in room rate. Quiet rooms, great updates. Cleaning was mid, all glass surfaces were smudged and not clean. Some outlets did not work. $25 paid extra for 3rd person, yet no extras for 3rd person (cups, glasses, towels, coffee, etc.). Great customer service from ISA at check-in. Great text app upon check-in. They were very attentive. A/C seems to have a governor on it, will not cool below 70 degrees, which is hot for us. Easy 5 minute drive to midtown for all the great restaurants etc. Pleasantly surprised with our stay here at GSR."

"I loved the view from my room. The room wasn’t totally clean, there was a hair pin in the bathroom and the tub wasn’t fully cleaned. When I asked for my room to be cleaned they did it immediately. The island grill wasn’t that good but Rosie’s cafe and the oyster bar was good"
