"Spacious and smartly presented inside, but in need of some TLC outside, the VRBO description overstates the appeal of the "historic villa". "As soon as you step through the doors, you'll be greeted by a majestic entrance hall of 30m2," but the main door is not used - you are told to use the side door which opens straight into the kitchen so the first thing you see (and walk into) is the kitchen counter where the hob is. The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious as descibed but the downstairs...

"Beautiful villa with excellent facilities. Walking distance to Grasse old town although quite steep in places. Easier after dinner and wine! Lovely pool and outdoor area to eat and sit in the evening."
