"A big plus is parking on premises. The host is responsive and responsible. If there is a drawback it is the lack of grass for dog relief walks. It’s an urban area. The good news is Neponset Trail just seven minutes away. And Quincy Dog Park 15 minutes away was good for dog exercise. In all, it’s a good place and was a good experience."

"Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well supplied. It was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time sitting on the deck eating our meals and. Chatting. Having a bedroom and bathroom with a zero entry shower on the first floor was very nice."

"The hotel appeared to be very quiet when we stayed, I'm not sure of the reason for this but wonder if it is more of a business hotel rather that regular tourist hotel. the hotel is very well connected with lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast consisted of some crispy bacon, eggs, prepacked pastries, yogurt from a dispenser, a small selection of cereals and apples and oranges. We did find during our trip both of the Best Western hotels that we stayed at use disposable cutlery, plates and cups, this is presumably to save on labour costs, however the lack of recycling of these items was rather surprising, especially from a brand such as Best Western whom I think need to make improvments in this area."

"Our family of 7 spent six nights. The apartment was very nicely renovated and bright. Upon check-in, we were confused by multiple locked bedroom doors with numbers on them — unsure if they were part of our rental. The host was very responsive with the codes after we asked. The design is a bit unique. I did not realize there would be people staying above us. We are later to bed, later to rise types,"

"I was hesitant to leave this review because some of the issues we experienced may not have been entirely within the host's control. However, I feel they should be shared so they can be addressed for future guests.The house itself was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the three full bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only minor complaint was the inexpensive cooking utensils.Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our five-night stay. When we arrived around 8:30 p.m., the house was 80–85 degrees because the air conditioning had accidentally been turned off during cleaning. Although the host was apologetic, it took about three hours and several calls and texts to resolve.The next day, a circuit breaker tripped, leaving us without access to a bedroom and bathroom while 7 were getting ready for my son's rehearsal dinner. It again took multiple calls and over an hour for someone to arrive.That evening, we saw a mouse in the kitchen. Although we were told a trap had already caught one, we later found holes in our snack bags and mouse droppings on the counter. We also had a smoke detector begin sounding in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.Overall, this is a great house, but these issues created unnecessary stress during an important wedding weekend, especially for a stay costing over 3,400. I'm not looking for compensation, but I hope these concerns are addressed for future guest."
