"The pools were amazing and in sun if you wanted to tan. There was also 2 pool completely inside. Staff was friendly. They had security keeping people safe and would do their best to help if you needed it even if it was car trouble. They took trash out daily. Good food good drinks"

"Had a great experience at the Holiday Pavilion. The location couldn’t be better, right in the main part of Myrtle Beach, just steps away from the boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions. The beach access was super convenient, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway."

"We had a mishap with the car rental company in Greenville. I called the hotel and they assured me that even though I was running late, the room was still available to us. Check in was quick and smooth. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. My grandkids had such a blast at the water park downstairs that they went to bed and slept for 9 hours😂 The room was clean and convenient. It had dishes and utensils that helped me with meals. The kids enjoyed their selves so much we didn't have to leave to go anywhere else. My oldest daughter referred them to me and I referred them to my cousin. I definitely will come back to stay again!👍"

"The place is a family friendly safe location to stay. The attendant that works and maintain the cleanliness of the 9th floor is outstanding and very kind her name is Juliet. One thing that the place can’t control but can probably do something in the future is to make sure that there rules is be followed by guest, we are family of 5 with young children and we are non smokers at night we smell people smoke and my children's are very sensitive and health conscious with it. That is all, Over all we enjoyed our stay and we are definitely coming back in this particular resort. "

"I had a couple of issues right after I checked in but everything was quickly resolved and had a wonderful time. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Cute and cozy. My daughter and I rented an efficiency room with two double beds. Our third floor room gave a great view of the beach and boardwalk. They had propane grills, picnic tables, life sized chess & connect four, and cornhole. The staff were all nice."

"We loved the hotel. The check in staff were great. None of the pools ,hottubs,lazy river ,pool bar or restaurant was opened. That was fine because was told that the hotel amenities fee wont be charged. But upon check out when i asked for a copy of my bill i was being charged one day of amenities fees and they were charging me more a day to stay than i was soppesed to pay. They said they would refund my 25.00 amenities fee but it will take like 5- 7 days. That is fine. I will be keeping check of my account. As for the over charge on the room which is about 65.00 total over charge they said there was nothing they could do. I said i wanted to talk to a manager and they said that there was no manager on site. This is very upsetting 😡 and the pools have been out of order for a while now from the reviews i just looked at. I had reserved this place back in may. You would figure that they would give you a courtesy message or call to let you know that the things that attract you to there hotel arent available for our stay. "
