Had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness, second room shower door wasn’t easily closed so water went everywhere, yard poorly up kept , bar in restaurant not open.

Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton
We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.
