rooms were ok nothing special. staff was friendly for sure to a fault. breakfast was unusual with microwave in a totally diff room when needed to make oatmeal. butter for toast was old like it had melted & expired. parking was good right in front of front door but porch was not swept, flowerpots ...

Breakfast was pretty weak. Super tiny breakfast area. Had to go down the road to a sister hotel to use the pool and hot tub, which was not real convenient. But the price was very good, room was clean, and I guess you get what you pay for.
