"Front desk is not staffed 24 hours - we called ahead about a late check in and were told an envelope with our keys would be ready for us so we’d be able to get to our room as soon as we got in - when we got there (not too late, maybe 10 or 11pm) there was an envelope for us but it did not have our keys, just a note stating to dial a number on the white phone in the entryway to be let in to the building, we dialed it 5 times and no one came for us, I had to call the front desk in order for someone to finally hear it and let us in, the room was fine but I wouldn’t say it was worth what we paid for it "

Only complaint, the entry, step and walkway to back were not shoveled--at all. We stayed there in the past winter and they were cleared.
