"Breakfast was hot and good, but the rest of our stay wasn't so great. We were first given a room key to a room that was under construction/destroyed/dirty. Easy fix to get a different room. Our next room had broken locks on all three doors to the room (main door, secondary door to room next-door, and the sliding door out to the balcony). The place was a little on the sketchy side so not having working locks was scary. There were a lot of people smoking outside of their rooms on their balconies, so great place to stay if you need to smoke. "

"I loved the pet area. They have a nice area for small and large dogs that is fenced off, along with trash cans and poop bags for the waste."

"Property was not clean. Sheets and towels were stained. Floor had dried splattered paint and construction debris. Shower was old and in disrepair. No grab bars. Smoke detector was hanging open without batteries. Shower curtain was missing hooks and just hanging halfway off the track. The wall behind the toilet and in front of the shower showed water damage. The sink was dirty and needs replaced. The thermostat and light switches were grimy. "

"My room was clean however, the faucet was falling off the wall in the bathroom, the lock broke on my son's room and they ended up having to switch rooms. The staff at the front desk was rude when I arrived. I found the breakfast to be very pricey for what I received. "

"Great place to stay in Grand Junction! This home fit 4 adults/4 kids very comfortably, easy access to downtown/river. Only problem was the garbage disposal didn't work while we were there which is already being fixed. Well-stocked kitchen for meal prep."

"Great space for a Christmas gathering. Very comfortable and stocked. We had a great time and no worries. My husband spent most of his time at the fire when we were there, he loved it."
