Heart of the Redlands Charmer. 5 minutes to downtown and trails

Newly remodeled TH in the heart of the Redlands. New flooring, paint, appliances, and mattresses. 5 minutes from the best trails, downtown and a short drive to award winning wineries and breweries. Come see what the grand valley is all about. Leave your bikes locked up in the garage with peace of mind. Also room to park a trailer if travelling with one. In an attempt to combat the heat wave and the 105+ degree temperatures, I have purchased 4 nice AC units for each room. That way each person can set their sleep temp as they please. I have turned the swamp cooler off as it has little chance to cool with the current temperatures. Please be safe and drink plenty of water.

We loved the size of the home for the price. Kitchen was nice and house was fully stocked if you forgot anything. Area is on the quieter end of Grand Junction. Host was very accommodating and we look to use this property the next time we are in the area.

Lots of nice extra touches
We enjoyed many of the nice touches in this house. The only things we were not happy about is there is no access to network TV. You have to log into your own streaming services for any decent content. And the "swamp cooler" did cool the house, but is located in one of the bedrooms so you have to leave all the bedroom doors open at night to get cool air. Not a problem for most families, but for three friends travelling together it was slightly uncomfortable

Cozy Redlands Townhome was perfect!
In town for a local weekend event and couldn't be happier with this quiet home with a private backyard patio. Clean and homey...our communication with Garrett was the best, and he made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!
