This is a new property a quick walk over the bridge away from old town. Very quiet, new, and comfortable.

This place is a disaster stay away for a year or so. It's still under construction. Our room had a door missing (they were apologetic and wanted to change the room but it would be a waste of time for us). Uber can't find this place multiple times as it's not on the map yet. Internet is slow and there is construction drilling early in the morning in multiple places.

Verblijf 2 personen, 3 nachten. Het hotel was erg. warm, airco werkte niet, pas de derde nacht werkte de airco weer. Hierdoor het raam open moeten slapen. Het ontbijt was minimaal en qua bezetting onderbemand. Stapels vieze borden op een eettafel, vies bestek op gedekte tafel. Mijn man en ik hadden beide vies bestek aan tafel, terwijl er een schoon servet lag. Echt smerig. Het hotel ligt aan de snelweg en is heel erg gehorig. Vrij nieuw hotel, maar de verlichting rondom de spiegel in de badkamer liet al los en hing onder de spiegel uit. Al met al zeker geen aanrader en een slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer werd goed schoongemaakt. Wij komen niet meer terug.

Brain new hotel in a complex with other newly built residential condos with a park in the area. Well located with easy access to the highway, tram lines to most important places like downtown, gare of reims and gare of champagne ardenne. Less than 10 min walk to downtown shops and restaurants and cathedral area.

Location is great to get into Reims, only a 15min walk. Secured parking is fantastic. Our room was good sized all looked new and fresh also had a kitchenette. On check-in the kids bedroom was not set up and this was still not done by the evening. The reception asked us to set it up ourselves since they were low on staff. We opened the sofa bed and bedding was there however the pillows had no pillowcases. On our pain bed two pillows had pillow cases and the other two were covered with a flat sheet. Very strange. We called to get us pillowcases and that was fine in the end. Black out rooms are great for sleep. The breakfast was good a variety of choices with pancakes as well as English breakfast. The gym was nice however as we walked in the smell of sweat was so strong we walked straight out and decided to go for a run outdoors instead which was nice running along the canal. Many walkers and runners as well as cyclists. We notified reception that the gym was not fit for use.

Good location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was £15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall pretty good but not perfect, especially for the price we paid.

J’étais un peu déçu ; pour un 4 étoiles je m’attendais à avoir des accessoires pour la toilette , un mini bar, un coffre fort bref le classique dans ce style d’hôtel mais rien de tout cela . Le parking dans l’hôtel est un plus (15 euros par jour) . Le petit déjeuner plutôt moyen a tout de même un peu compensé .

Would stay here again.

Very clean and all in all, a great hotel. The sofa bed in the family room was really uncomfortable and if we return we will book 2 rooms next time. Breakfast was very nice, however, the staff struggled to keep up with the demand so there was a lot of time spent standing around waiting for bread, pastries etc to be replenished.

Fint nyt hotel med god terrasse på toppen, hvor morgenmaden også blev serveret. Der manglede måske lige den sidste finish rumdt omkring, men dette påvirkede ikke vores ophold på nogen måde. Mulighed for tidlig indtjekning gjorde at vi nåede en god tur rundt i Reims

Nytt hotel i utkanten av staden

Vi bokade en "svit" för en familj med två vuxna och två tonåringar för en natt. Hotellet ligger lite i utkanten av staden men man kan gå in dit på 20 min. Hotellet är nybyggt och byggnadsarbete pågår fortfarande runt omkring hotellet. Svårt att hitta infarten till parkeringen då den inte är uppmärkt, kostar 15 Euro/natt, bra läge under hotellet. Incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid, dels pga ny personal och låg bemanning. När vi väl fick rummet så var det inte städat, städpersonalen löste det, men vi fick sitta och vänta medan det gjorde det klart. Rummet var ganska litet och inte en svit, sängarna var OK. Frukosten var inkluderad och den erbjöd det vanlig innehållet. Totalt sett ett OK hotel men med många nybörjarproblem.
