"The hotel has a wonderful appearance, as many of the original 1500s features are still visible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is easily walkable to the old city and departure point for the river excursion boats. The buffet at first seemed pricey, but was worth it - good service, delicious food. I will stay there again on my next visit to Strasbourg."

"Lovely hotel. Suite was huge as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Relaxing bar offered a free welcome drink. The problem was that we booked parking for a car of unknown size as we were renting it the day before. They left it out on the street not in a parking spot which they said was ok as it was Sunday. "You can't beat the location, right across from the entrance to the Cathedral. The hotel is in a very old building and they have done a good job of updating over time. Our attic room had a flight of stairs inside the door to the room and had a level above that. Service was good, cleanliness generally good, but there was a lot of sandy debris on the bedcover when we arrived - I assume because the windows had been left open.
