"This is a great little place to stay. Would definitely book this property again!"

"The place was nice and clean. The only issue is that the swimming pool and hot tubs are not on their property but another property across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tubs were closed. After a day of playing in the snow we were looking forward to the hot tubs. Probably would have stayed some place else had we known they weren't on property and not up and running. Other than that it was great."

"The host is great, he checked in to make sure everything was ok. He made sure my family had a great Christmas. My kid and grandkids another condo, but being on slope side we were able to sit on the balcony and watch them ski. They could ski up to us and we could toss them water and snacks and they were back skiing. The condo was great and the host was great. This is our 3rd to Granby, this condo was the best location."

"Property was very clean and just the right size traveling with two toddlers and Grandparents. Short distance to Granby Ranch with a 4 year old was greatly appreciated. We took the Master and used the connecting bunks for our littles. Grandparents took the king room and watched our 18 month old while we hit the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and smart TVs were great for adult and kid viewing. Overall very cozy and conveniently located. I encourage 4wd or AWD if lots of snow is expected during...

"Everything was Great besides the sleeping part, very bright in the morning(no blinds) and pretty noisy at night(surrounding guest). Hot tub was great, views are great, location was great, and it was clean and Homey!!! Thanks!!!"

"We had such an awesome time! Granby Ranch is a wonderful family oriented ski resort. It was so nice to come home to this condo every night warm and toasty with a great view of the valley. We will definitely come again!"

"Bathroom garbage was not emptied. Old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Sheets for hide-a-bed were stuffed in the closet, not folded so we don’t know if they were laundered. No shampoo or soap in the baths as promised for our first night. It was nice enough but we had no confidence that the unit had been cleaned."

"Our family had an incredible stay at this facility. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation at the base of Granby ski resort. Facilities were clean and the use of the lockers on ground floor were a plus. The only thing we had difficulty locating was the pool and when we did we were told the hot tub wasn't working properly. We will definitely return in our family trips to come."

"We enjoyed our stay in this private mountain home with our family. It was great having a large driveway and space to park our trailer with UTVs. The riding trails were close by along with fun activities and restaurants in the town of Grand Lake. The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the large deck to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. We hope to be back in the winter. Thank you for sharing your home with us."
