Ski in/Ski out in Granby Ranch w/Private Hot tub!

This beautiful ski in/ski out home is located in Granby Ranch. Enjoy a community pool and dining options at the resort base, without having to get in a vehicle! This home offers luxury in a premier mountain setting.

Our home is just a lift ride away from downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and other mountain recreational activities. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Granby Ranch Resort.

Sleeps 16 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a queen bed, fourth bedroom has two double/twin bunks and there is a double sofa sleeper in the lower-level recreation room.

- Bathroom #1: (Within Master suite) Includes toilet room, separate shower, garden tub, double sinks
- Bedroom #2: Has queen bed, closet, 2 nightstands,
- Bathroom #2: Near laundry room. Includes sink, toilet & bath/shower combo.
- Laundry Room has a top-load washer and front load dryer
- Dining Room has table and chairs that seat 8 open to kitchen & main family room
- Kitchen equipped with double oven + stove, French door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and pantry (has First aid kit). Fully stocked with pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, dishware and cutlery!
- Main Family Room with door to back deck. Includes fireplace with TV above it, 2 couches and 2 chairs, center storage table to play games/use as coffee table.
- Outdoor Space: Deck with propane grill, 2 chairs and 1 couch
Lower Level:
- Bedroom #3 has queen bed and attached bath. Includes 2 nightstands, and closet.
- Bathroom #3 (within Bedroom #3) includes sink, toilet & shower/bath combo
- Bedroom #4 has 2 double twin bunks and attached bath.
- Bathroom #4 (within bunk room) includes sink, toilet & shower/bath combo
- Second family room includes pool table, TV, Xbox & Wii game system, sofa sleeper & 2 chairs and door to hot tub
- Hot tub on deck

Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. There is a full kitchen including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range and stove. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home. We are fully stocked with pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, dish ware and cutlery!

Entertainment: The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High-Definition TVs with an HD cable TV. We also offer high speed internet with Wi-Fi connection. You will need to bring a laptop or other device with you to access the internet.

We have an outdoor hot tub on the back deck with easy access, no need to trample through ice and snow! It is so wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent in the outdoors and enjoy the stars.

General Amenities: All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

We also have a heated garage with plenty of room for your ski equipment and mountain bikes, as well as a new large capacity front loading washer and dryer for your use.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 4 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
8.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
