"Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again."

"Parque Santiago 3 is fabulous, we know it from previous trips. Apartment very clean with good facilities. Shame we were made to pay an extra 7 euros on arrival for key card to enter site, this should have been provided within cost of apt, not happy about that. "

"I really recommend this hotel, from the food to the cleanliness of the rooms to the kindness of all the staff, this hotel is one you’ll feel super relaxed and comfortable. You also have to check out the spa and treat yourself to a massage, I’ve come back to London feeling like it was definitely worth every penny. The views to the beachfront and the beautiful sea were just breath taking. I will come back one day."
