Vacation Home "Sunset" with Sea View, Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

The vacation home "Sunset", which is situated in Puerto Rico, overlooks the Atlantic. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

The property offers a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared pool, which is heated from October to March.

The property is located within walking distance of all essential services, including pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and public transport links. Furthermore, the beach and the promenade can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pros: Very polite and warm host, nothing is a problem. Amazing view and quiet complex. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need to live, even for longer stays. Pool is always warm and clean. Beautiful flowers around the complex are also a nice touch to make you feel positive. If you don't like climbing the mountain there's plenty of taxis that will take you on the top.
