"It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sky Tower, though there is an uphill walk to get to the hostel from there. The staff were friendly and handled an issue of my bed being occupied by someone else."

"We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown."
