"I thought this hotel was fantastic. The room is lovely and clean and new. Hotel staff were wonderful. My only note is that for a 5 star hotel to have the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel attached to the wall in large bottles isn't good enough. That is more of a 4 star thing. It just seems tacky."

"The hotel it self is great however I didn't think the fact that the hotel bar closed at 5pm was very good for a 5 star hotel. This should be open for guests. Also myself and my friends had to order before 5pm and we sat there for 4 hours and no one cleared our dishes etc. I also think that for a 5 star hotel to have the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel attached to the wall in large bottles isn't good enough. "great pick up from airport and great accom, not much around locally for last minute things however so had to get an uber to the shops on arrival, its not walking distance to the shops "
