The bathroom had lots of mold and broken drains causing flooding. Also, paying for an extra person didn't mean receiving extra basic facilities for them to sleep. Ended up sleeping on the floor.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and had a great view of the city and mountains. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. The heated floors were a great addition too for the winter nights. Great location about 4-5 minute walk to several trains stops! Would highly recommend staying here.
