"The ocean front location and view are excellent. Access to the beach is just a 2 minute walk down a path from the backyard of the house. The inside common areas of the house and back deck are perfect for relaxing, grilling, and watching the ocean. Hot tub is in a great place for star gazing and right on the back deck. The house is clean, quiet and cozy with a lot of windows looking right out on the ocean. Great place to go anytime of year!"

"The apartment is compact but well laid out, well kept & well equipped. Good central location with immediate access to the Coast Hwy. Nearby groceries & gas. Perfect for people to use as a base to explore this area of the coast. The 4-plex is just off the hwy but, surprisingly, even with the windows open at night, noise from the hwy was minimal. Jeff is a great host. Excellent & specific communication. We had all the information we needed exactly when we needed it. No problems at all with the arrangements, the apartment or understanding expectations. We will be back!"

"Our beach house had issues so we had to scramble to find another one. Such a great spot. Slight view of the ocean but natures trying to block it (I know from our house to cut anything down is a whole city approval/permit debacle I’m guessing it’s the same in Waldport)Just a 3 min walk down the driveway past a couple other beach house and there’s a path RIGHT next to the last beach house that takes you down to the beach. The path is beautiful - like a walkway cut out of the forest. Beach had hardly anyone on it! A treat compared to ours in pacific city that’s packed! Tons of driftwood - perfect for evening fires on the beach, Kids loved building forts with the driftwood. Tons of clear beach to play in the water and look for shells and find sea critters. House was clean well stocked. Was pleased there was coffee, filters, salt, pepper, laundry detergent… all the basics that get tedious to buy. Only thing it is in a septic system (it’s very well marked on signs throughout the house) so sand can’t go down the drains. My kids are fish and we’re in the ocean 2-3x a day it was a full time job trying to keep sand out of the drains The big windows had a great view for watching the bunnies and chipmunks come through the yard. Thanks for the great spot to stay! Also your roses are gorgeous!"
