"What I didn’t like was when we checked in, the front desk was very rude and made me wait over an hour for my room to be ready. Then the only option for parking was valet or paying parking in a general garage for the same price as valet. Staff are rude, showers did not drain properly and the cleaning staff for the rooms are not through. Came back and found trash still in the trash cans and no new towels when they supposedly cleaned."

"This is one of the best hotels I have found. Right on the Riverwalk, great restaurants, wonderful staff, pool. In downtown and within walking distance to many local attractions. I would definitely recommend for anyone. Will definitely return."

"It’s was everything excellent only the problem when we did the check in don’t tell me they are going to charge for the amenities until we check out please let to know at the people there is extra charge for that then we can decided if we want or not the amenities please 🙏🙏"

"The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up and drop us off at the end of our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Popcorn and soda were provided in the evenings for a snack. The breakfast and supper buffets were tasty and satisfying. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."
