Spa and restaurant were both closed the Friday evening that we spent here, which was disappointing. Instead, we visited a couple breweries in the area. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but not the most ideal accommodation to check out downtown Gothenburg.

When booking on hotels webb you get 50% discount on Harmony spa otherwise it is full price.ouer dubbel small is small try to book ouer superiour:)

Prisen var urimeligt høj - angiveligt pga en koncert i byen. Men med en høj pris følger også høje forventninger. Og så er det skidt, at gardinstangen er ved at falde ud af væggen, at flere lamper ikke kan lyse og at morgenmaden er ganske ordinær.

For 6100 pr natt hadde jeg forventet bedre standard, bedre frokost, et større rom, bedre beliggenhet. Vi fikk ingen info om spatilbud/basseng. Vi spiste middag i restauranten, som var helt tom. Likevel tok det lang tid før maten kom. Rommet (dbl-rom small) var et lite krypinn bak baren, gammel standard. Etter kl 22 måtte gjestene låse seg inn bakdøren med kodelås, denne døren var rett ved vårt rom. Slamring og skråling hele natta.. Så mulig dette er et fint hotell for de som bor i hyttene, men be om å slippe rom nr 3…

Sunkigt hotell, dåligt städat, ingen rumsstädning/bäddning av säng under vistelsen. Väggar trasiga och jela hotellet ser ut att vara under rivning eller ombyggnad. Dålig bemanning på hotellet, personalen verkar vara där lite när de känner för det.

Tråkigt att få dessa Recensioner bara för att ni inte uppfattat att spa ej är inkluderat i priset.Hotellets utbyggnaden är helt nybyggt den äldre delenär helt nyrenoverad, vi har precis målat om hela den äldre delen, så vad som är trasigt och verkar vara under rivning är oss en gåta.Mvh Familjen Treetop

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues
My stay at this hotel in June 2023 was disappointing. From the beginning, I encountered numerous problems that made my experience far from pleasant. The hotel’s closed restaurant led to an unfortunate incident where the staff rudely asked me to leave the premises when I brought a takeout lunch to the lobby. This lack of understanding was disheartening, forcing me to eat in the parking lot. The room I was given was small, poorly ventilated, and lacked air conditioning or a fan. The oppressive summer heat made it incredibly uncomfortable. Ongoing construction around the hotel added to the noise and further hindered any chance of relaxation. Maintenance issues were evident throughout the hotel, with junk in the hallways and poorly maintained infrastructure. I even noticed electrical wiring hanging out, raising safety concerns. It was disappointing that despite being advertised as a relaxing spa, no spa facilities were available. Additionally, the hotel staff frequently spoke loudly, often overpowering guests in the crowded public areas. Overall, my stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory. The treatment during lunch, lack of proper cooling, ongoing construction, and maintenance issues significantly marred my experience. I would strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations until improvements are made.

Tyvärr mest minus för detta hotell. Jag kommer inte att bo här igen. Superliten toalett, den minsta jag sett faktiskt. Dålig luftkvalitet i rummet. Mat osen från köket var påtaglig Frukosten var ok, men med ett sparsamt utbud Inga laddstolpar Det bästa med hotellet var att parkeringen var gratis

Jeg var eneste gjest på hotellet. De skulle ha 690 kr ekstra for å bruke spa selv om det ikke var lett å forstå da jeg bestilte. Frokosten var dårlig. Hotellet var veldig mørkt store deler av døgnet. Det stod at det var siste rom til denne enestående prisen. Det kan jo være men var vel også eneste rom de hadde lånt ut.

Hej Pål !är du säker på att ni recenserar rätt hotell?Vi har aldrig haft endast en gäst på hotellet samt vi får mycket beröm för vår frukost, detta låter som något helt annat hotell du varit på, fick du sedan som endaste gäst ett pris för att använda spat själv för 695 kr så var de riktigt ordentligt snälla då vi annars har minipriser söm ligger på över 6000 kr. återkoppla till Treetop och se efter vad som felat.Mvh Familjen Treetop
