Top Gordon House Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Place Windsor
8/10 Good
"The room was a good size and it was comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for a two night stay. The pullout couch isn’t comfortable, but they aren’t usually. We found an errant crayon when we opened the couch and what might have been a used flat sheet. The breakfast area was bright and seemed to have a good selection. The gym was open 24/7. The woman at the front desk who greeted us on arrival was lovely. They had some tech issues (pos was down, so they took our credit card manually). A few issues that were outside of the hotel’s control: 1. Guest noise levels. We were in a floor with a family who was attending a wedding. They practiced opening and slamming their doors and exercising their vocal cords until well past midnight. Their dog barked, and barked, and barked. We’re animal people, but not at midnight. 2. Road construction made it impossible to turn left into the parking lot from Huron church (not a critical issue, but it was a surprise the first time we tried entering the hotel parking lot from the main entrance). 3. If you’re booking a hotel within walking distance to a Starbucks, the location across the street from the Hyatt was recently closed (another surprise, though not the end of the world)! There’s another Starbucks a short drive away, but it’s not a very walkable distance from the property."
Hotel STRY
10/10 Excellent
"This place is an oasis. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was there on business and it was still a very relaxing stay. The staff were welcoming. The area is great for walking with lots of restaurants. Highly recommend Hotel Stry!"
14th Coffee Co. Homestead Farmhouse
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed a family stay for one evening. We each had our own ecclectic and cozy room. The enclosed private yard was so nice for relaxing. The coffee roastery was a nice mid morning experience. I am an early riser though, so some coffee available in the farmhouse would have been appreciated. The host was super responsive to inquiries."

10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our visit , we find every thing we need . One thing , we wanted more privacy with the beach. We had some people walking while we are swimming despite we mentioned that we need a very restricted privacy due to our religionAlso with the bonfire area needs more privacy."
LOFT Escape Apartment - Onsite Beach Dock Waterfront Boat Ramp
10/10 Excellent
"Good value for money"
Steps from Private Beach,in wine country with BBQ, fire pit and full kitchen
10/10 Excellent
"The house was exceptionally clean, and quite charming. It is the perfect cabin for a family get away. The private beach/beach club at the end of the street was very nice. The selection of coffee and tea was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
Luxurious Castle Suite - Private & Peaceful Escape
8/10 Good
"Great location and the apartment was really cute/nice. It was nice to be able to walk around the property with our dogs. I would stay again. The only issue is the photos show the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit even though people staying in the apartment are not able to use them. The listing even stated “fire pit.” It’s false advertising. So if you plan on booking just be aware that stuff is not included."
Luxury getaway with pool and hot tub - family retreat
10/10 Excellent
"We didn’t get bothered at all but parking was tight and should let guest know there are people downstairs "
