I could not figure out how to use the shower, not the handhold. If it was an accessible room, the bathtub/shower was NOT accessible. Someone with a physical disability could NOT use the shoeer, as they could not climb i to the tub!"

Disappointed in parking arrangements and charges to park indoors across the street from the hotel. Very tight parking spots. Have to walk across the street to get to and from hotel and parking area. Glad it isn't the winter time. It would be cold and slippery "
