"It was a beach hotel, but the pool was unavailable due to construction. There was loud construction noise early in the morning. It wasn’t a pleasant stay. I paid a very high price but had a very uncomfortable experience."

"Bob and crystal were the best hosts. Very communicative. Fixed a pool issue as soon as we reported it. House was very clean. TONS of fresh towels, pool toys, beach stuff and an amazing pool cage to keep all the bugs out! Plenty of dishes and small appliances. The next door neighbors were so fun to meet and hang with and the neighborhood is friendly, quiet and quaint. Easy walk to Publix and quick drive to town. Highly recommend and would love to come back!"

"This was our second year here and we love the lanai, pool & view, it is awesome.Although they never came to clean the pool til Friday, which I feel they should have been there before that and I did make the real estate aware of this!The house could use some updates, which I suggested last year and NONE of that was done.Everything still the same. The one bathroom has no where to put your stuff in the shower. Location is very nice, a quiet neighborhood and no one real close to the property.The ice maker worked but not real great!One thing that is nice your not to far from the Publix."

"The property did not allow for two pets (dogs), which is what we have. The owner has provided well as far as appliances, washer and dryer, nice sharp knives, kitchen is well stocked, bed was extremely comfortable!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall house was in great shape. Nice furniture, plenty of seating for everyone. The pool area was great, however the heater only works either the pool or hot tub, not both at the same time. We had to call for someone to check out the heater cause neither was getting warm enough to swim. They supplied lots of bath towels but only 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms and not very many wash cloths. Office desk chair had a broken leg. One of the bedrooms has a blind hanging by a thread. Front door blinds need replaced."
