"This was our second stay at this property. The resort is very nice but there are renovations going on that we were not informed about. The hotel is expensive and they should tell guests about construction. The beach is beautiful, the location is perfect. Many many hidden fees so beware. "

Everything at the house was perfect, host very responsive and we greatly appreciated the beach chairs and wagon! South Marco Beach is our favorite! "This house is amazing. It’s peaceful and has all the amenities one could hope for. The pool and hot tub, where we spent most of our time,was large and spacious clean and warm. The entire house was very clean and organized and plenty of items to get started with. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes pans and utensils. The host is very kind and texted to make sure we arrived safe and that everything was good at the house. We were not far from anything on the island and everything was easy to get to. We would definitely stay again. "
