I called last minute to ask about checking in early, and they were happy to make it work for us, which I really appreciated. Parking was also convenient and easy. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It didn’t seem like the sink or floors had been properly cleaned, and while the bed was okay, the overall room just did not feel clean. There were also multiple bugs on the ceiling and walls, including three spiders in the bathroom. The customer service was great, but the condition of the room made the stay not ideal"

"I love staying here. The staff is always personable and I love the direct access to the beach and view. Hopefully next time they will have the additional elevator fixed because sometimes they wait for the elevator is a little long but they do have stairs available. The tropical is such a good restaurant. I will be back soon. This is the only place that I enjoy staying."
