We arrived slightly earlier than the check in time and the staff was very helpful in getting us in despite that. We were welcomed by a lovely bottle of wine along with some nice focaccia in the morning. 10/10 would stay again.

Michelle and Paolo make your stay special from picking you up at the station to briefing you all you need to know about the Cinque Terre. As a Silver Member I got a local bottle of wine that was amazing. Be prepared for lots of steps, so pack light.

This is a very new property and was lovely in a beautiful area. The restaurant was lovey also , but the menu could be a little more simple. The car parking which is on the property is overly expensive €45 per day - excessive. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The location with private beach, fabulous heated pool, panoramic views and great parking coupled with great staff & management make this a delightful destination.

Wonderful hotel, great location and fantastic staff

The property was the most beautiful of all properties that we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Europe. The room was large with a beautiful bathroom, lots of character and the most wonderful views. The included breakfast could not be faulted and due to an early check out on our last day, the staff put together a breakfast box to takeaway so that we did not miss out. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The accommodation was conveniently located, and easy walk to town and the train station...

The location was superb, great views, good food, beach club with its infinity pool was relaxing, great spa treatments, we were looked after very well, the staff have reason to be proud. Our stay at this Palace topped off a wonderful Italian trip.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff on front desk were very helpful and made suggestions for you to make the most of your time in Rapallo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Waterfront only steps from the front door. Highly recommend. If staying again would spend a bit more for a room with a sea view.

Breakfast was excellent. Had a free upgrade with balcony overlooking the town and marina. Bit of a hill to climb from the train station but was easy. 10 min walk down to town.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the train station, the town centre and Marina. We walked from the hotel all the way to Portofino about an hour easy walk. A choice of good nearby restaurants. The hotel staff were always helpful. Breakfast buffet had many good choices. Able to borrow bikes to get arround town. Small gym also available for use by hotel guests was a nice suprise. Had a very enjoyable stay.
