"The mosquitos made it intolerable. I don’t recommend this place to people who don’t like to be bitten by mosquitoes while sleeping. I have 30-something itchy bites on arms and face - including 9 on my face and neck that are red bumps - same with my husband, and I still have seven days of vacation left, not good.The house and nature around it are nice (I assume the mosquito breeding ground is in the still (sometimes cow sounds from the farm next door it’s easy to bike to and from there, very flat, but if you want to get around quicker take a rental car. Uber seems to be more expensive from here."

"Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful. Free WIFI and affordable. Can be warm inside when it's hot but there's a fan supplied. Boat hire (6kmph), SUP etc available.Really cosy and would love to go back with hubby alone "
