"The property was gorgeous and very well stocked. There wasn’t anything missing that we would need to have an amazing weekend. There was plenty of space and activities to do. We enjoyed the lake and water crafts provided and during a rainy second day we all piled into the living room for movies and games that were there. "Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative and check in was easy. We all loved our stay and also the story about Boomer the dog catching pinecones instead of fish ! Lovely stay and hope to return. Thank you ! "
