The Mediterranean Villa Ambra is idyllically situated in the small village of La Padula Sicca. It consists of several holiday apartments and exudes Italian flair. This barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and offers space for 4 persons. The child-friendly holiday home is also equipped with air conditioning and a television. The highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic sea view. On your private terrace you can spend relaxing evenings with a meal and a glass of wine or use the grill of the shared garden. The accommodation is perfect for those who are looking for a holiday apartment near beautiful beaches. The sea can be reached in only 300 m. The fantastic white sandy beach Spiaggia Isuledda with turquoise, crystal clear water can be reached after 2.1 km or 6 minutes by car. The centre of San Teodoro, 7 km away, offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and you can reach it in 12 minutes by car.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage mit Meerblick

Pros: Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern, es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so braucht in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, ruhig mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Ich habe jeden morgen den Sonnenaufgang bei einem guten Kaffee genossen. Man braucht aber ein Auto da das Haus etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes liegt. Es hat zwei schöne Strände in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr sympatisch. Ich würde sofort wieder in dieses Haus gehen, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl dort.

Pros: Blick, Garten und Lage sind PERFEKT!! Tolle Aussendusche mit warmem Wasser. Die Einrichtung ist ok und absolut ausreichend aber etwas altmodisch. Cons: Das Bett in einem Schlafzimmer braucht dringend eine neue Matratze und die Dusche einen neuen Duschkopf. Im Vergleich ist die andere Doppelhaushälfte (Villa Nina), die unsere Freunde gemietet hatten, besser ausgestattet und schöner/ neuer möbliert.
