"We stayed during the blizzard of 2026, so it may have been a harder time to keep everything clean, but the carpets on the stairs and in the hallways were very dirty, and the door to our bathroom wasn’t wiped down. Breakfast was good if you steered clear of the eggs and home fries and just stuck to the bagels and pastries. Again, that could have been a staffing issue due to the storm. Staff was vey friendly and I am thankful they had lights and heat, and the kids had a blast in the pool, just wanted to be honest with my review. "

"The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that."

"Ants in the kitchen, bathroom and 1bedroom.No toilet paper. Some windows needed a prop to stay open. Outlets had power cords and were not very accessible. Basic low end cable ie.no MSNBC ,weather channel ESPN. No place to hang wet towels/washcloths. Shower should have a grab bar. Remove laundry from list of amenities. This house was not worth anywhere near 1700. We feel that we were taken on that price. Finally we left a day early because we were not comfortable here "
