Good location to walk to everything in Surfers. Very close to grocery store for snacks! Lots to do and see on foot all around. .

The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Whilst the pool area is beautiful and amazing... it doesn't have much sun in the afternoon and cast in a shadow. This can't be fixed, design fault. It's also a wind tunnel. Otherwise, all good.
