"The photos of the property online were percise! Beach view was excellent, convenient location to stores, eateries and entertainment. The Seawatch property was lovely. Clean and well maintained. 2 draw backs and not major at all but instructions for tv use would have been helpful and the master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm but still offered a good nights rest! I would stay at this property over and over again! Well done David! Thank you so much for offering a great experience for our yearly girls week vacation! "

"Overall good. There were a few small things -- toilet seat in master bedroom was loose and falling off when we arrived. Door downstairs was off the hinges. Parking was a bit confusing at first but we figured it out. Place was fine otherwise, seemed a bit out dated but was perfect for the situation. Would come back. "

"We stayed with our 5 children and the layout was ideal for sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Location is perfect- great view of the ocean and listening to it in bed was wonderful. The laundry room has lots of beach toys, chairs and supplies. We brought ours but honestly we didn't need to. Check in was very easy- totally contactless and easy. Walking distance to multiple stores, but getting the car in and out was very easy as well. So much to do on the property you really don't need to leave! We will definitely book again for next summer! "
