  • Sea Watch 1115 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a daybed with a trundle (2 twins) in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 tube TV, 3 DVD players, and free WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks. New carpet in 2024. During the month of June and July Flex Weeks available. Any 3 days in a row. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0032893

Our stay was very pleasant despite the weather. It rained the entire time but we made the most of it by visiting different restraurants, exploring the area, playing family board games.The condo was very clean and well decorated however the toilet flooded so we ended only using one bathroom. All in all it was a good time for all and I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Watch is a great place for families! This room was more basic. We spend most of our time at the beach and pool so a modern room isnt required. It had the space to sleep. I would recommend the owners to get a new master mattress, new shower curtains. The view of the ocean and pool was great.
