When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and still had hair in the shower, we only received 2 toilet rolls for the whole weekend and no one was at front desk all weekend so we couldn’t get more. The place just wasn’t clean, but the location was perfect .

The location was rather isolated without your own car, the traffic noise on the tenth floor was very loud, unit needed a deep clean, a water leak in the bathroom was not fixed in the week we were there. Instructions for the stove top and oven are needed. The aircon and oven are on the same circuit, with a switch to have one. Apartments on the river side would probably been a lot quieter.

We didn’t like how our room was upgraded at the last minute and we lost a bed and the only way we could have got another bed was by paying money for one. We didn’t like also that we were not notified or even told about a deposit fee till we got there so had to find money before checking in.

Good sized unit. Very disapointed in the lack of security to room. IE: no ability to lock front door internally, no ability to lock sliding door to balcony, no security screens, i paid ectra to have a 3rd bed in one room which was put under a window where my children could eaily open and potentially fall from the 11th floor!!! Good kitchen and utensils and space. Unit was covered in previous occupents hair and not sure the floor had been mopped recently as the floors felt grimy under foot. Bathrooms had leaking taps, shower screens which didnt open and close easily. Overall, our stay was ok, good location and good kitchen. Lovely grounds and pool.
