The unit was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, affordable and big enough for a family of five. Location was perfect, right near the beach and a 20min walk to Cavill Ave. Is an older style building that looks to have had some reno's lately, very clean and well maintained. Would only say the bathrooms could use a revamp. But was not a game changer. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great with communication and any issues are rectified straight away.

It's huge for family of 4...kitchen very well equipped.Beds were comfortable. Very near beach. Floor was very dusty though. Communication could have been better... No message was sent to us on how to get in. And we were checking in on Xmas day when the office was closed. We were left sitting on the road outside till expedia stepped in to help us contact the person-in - charge.

Wasnt impressed with this property. I was expecting some sort of air conditioning and there was nothing apart from ceiling fans. One of the single bed bases was broken and seemed ripped and completely shredded on one side. Internet didn't work at all. Couldn't connect to Netflix on the TV. Pool was lovely and parking convenient and easy. I wouldn't stay here again

Fantastic balconies on 3 sides of this property meant that we always had a breeze, this was very fortunate as the aircon in the main bedroom (the only one in the apartment) did not work. The manager was very prompt sending a technician but unfortunatley they were unable to fix it during our 8 day stay. I would have liked to have an information booklet about the apartment, as there was no information. Eg swimming pool / sauna / bbq access. Or how to check out. There is no reception here. Overall, we had a good stay.

Good sized apartment in an older (by Gold Coast standards) building. The apartment fitout was pretty basic with minimal well used furniture but perfectly livable. Located midway between Surfers and Broadbeach but only 150 M from the beach and the nearest transtop. Good value for money.

Good property. The only thing that need is aircon for hot days. Up to 25 degree is ok without aircon but beyond that it is very hot.

The property was good although dated. It real needs a bit of an upgrade. The blinds were repaired while we were there. The locks on the sliding doors weren’t very good. One of them couldn’t be locked. Bathrooms Although clean need looking at

This property was not at all what I was expecting. We were disappointed when we checked into the apartment, and noticed it had not been cleaned properly. The ensuite was also dripping water from the tap which was not fixed or acknowledged when communicated to the host. We extended our stay for one night due to Cyclone Alfred & our flights having been cancelled. The host showed no empathy and charged us more than what we originally paid per night. We also had no power on our extra night & our rental car was stuck in the garage.

Die Wohnung war eher sporadisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Gebäude und die Anlage wurden allerdings sehr gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Strand hat es gerettet.

Great location. Needs a clean and fixing items

We were in apartment 25, it wasexcellent views and location was great. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The kitchen was clean on the surface, but i wouldn't use the utensils - they need a wash and replacing. The outdoor setting on the balcony was broken and chair dangerously wobbly, the balcony hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Therewas only a Tv, no stereo, no dvd player etc. Bathroom not really clean. No laundry detergent, tea towel and we were refused more than 1 toilet roll. Bathtoom railings were not fixed to the wall either. Wifi was slow also. Aircon unit above the bed was VERY dirty and rattled, curtain off the track and a bit useless also. Dirty nappy located in one of the drawers :( We arrived late at night and the next morning the manager let himself in our apartment whilst we were sleeping asking us to pay him. Upon checkout, strictly at 10am, there was noone to check us out nor instructions on what to do with keys. I would not pay more than $100 a night.
