Although this property is getting up in the years the staff was very upbeat and helpful. Its not a Hilton but very comfortable.

The room was on the river, beautiful setting. Our room was recently remodeled. Unfortunately our bathroom floor was dirty. The mirror on the bathroom door was dirty. The deck had not been cleaned, paper plates, & food there. Just a few other issues. All considered, i would stay there again.

Wow…really interesting property right on the Rogue River. Amazing view of the river and bridge from my room balcony. Clean, spacious room. Good restaurant across the street. Price was the lowest I paid for a hotel nights in my 10 nights of hotel rooms in Oregon and Washington! Highly recommend it here

We were there while there was some dock work going on so parking was a little tight. Pool was closed. The room was great newly updated with a huge TV. Great food right across the street. So nice we changed our 4th of July plans in Coos Bay to come back to Jot’s.

Property feels updated. Rooms were clean. There were 3 levels. We stayed in the mid level and people walked around upstairs the whole night. It was loud footsteps, nonstop. Other than that, everything else was good.

The view from the balcony was the highlight, watching seals, birds and boats going by on the river. It was clean and we appreciated the early check in and being able to bring our dog. You have to request housekeeping, and the walls are thin so it was noisy at times. Overall we were content there.

It's so lovely being right on the river. The room updates are looking great. Unfortunately we had a hard time with cigarette and weed smoke coming in our room. We really wanted to enjoy our balcony and leave our door open.

Great old type resort like we went to as kids with a great gift shop and happy staff. The rooms are very clean and we were well stocked with towels, tissue, and amenities.

Joys is in a great location at the mouth of the rogue river. Beautiful view of the bridge and the water. We took our dogs with us for the first time, and Jots property was perfect to give them a green space to enjoy. The restaurant across the street was great as well. We've stayed here before and this time wasn't good. Toilet leaking constantly, people upstairs and beside us were terrible with noise. The room needed some serious upgrades.

Second time staying here. The view is what keeps bringing us back and The new renovation was a huge upgrade! This place is going to be beautiful once the construction is complete! We will be back again!

We had a lower level room and the noise from people walking across the floor and talking were echoing in our room. We didn’t complain because it was normal activity and it sounded like they had a toddler that was running around, so they weren’t doing anything wrong and the noise stopped by 8:00-8:30. It just isn’t very soundproof.

Jot’s Resort has a beautiful view of the river and the room was updated. Very comfortable, clean, and peaceful stay. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed in a recently renovated room. It was very nice and spacious. The view was amazing. We appreciated that it was dog friendly. The outside of the building is rough.

Upon arrival, we checked in, received our keys and proceeded to our room. Someone was already checked into the room and it scared all parties involved. We returned to the lobby and received keys to the room next door that room. We returned to floor of the new room and discovered that the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. We returned to the lobby to get ANOTHER room. The clerk was amazing through the entire process--and apologetic. Thank goodness he checked the room before we finally checked in. On the way to the new room, the lights had not been turned on for the guests. I slipped and fell off the bottom step. Just could not see anything with no lights. Once we got checked in to our final room, things were ok. There as a dank smell of mildew/mold. We aired out the room and got a good night of rest. I hope that this was a one time thing and that things can be figured out for others in the future.

Older property with some nice renovation completed. Lovely view of the river with fishing boats. Somewhat noisy - our room was close to the bridge; could hear air brakes throughout the night. No elevator, only stairs. Room was clean and nicely furnished.
