Only thing we think could improve is the massage services can always be better, and have more diverse offerings with varied therapist that are more confident. "Unusual and very nice hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was a big plus. Bathrooms are functional and clean but not as luxorious as some at this price point. Fitness room was fine and in line with most similar hotels, the indoor pool was surprisingly a low point as there was no music or atmosphere. Great location right in the centre of the city - we will likely use this chain again when back in Portugal"
