Lovely

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the historic city, the castle and palace. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was decent for what I was expecting, bed was extremely comfortable. Small hiccup with ac buy they got it straightened out. Room was clean. Location was good!

Our room was clean, the air-conditioning worked great, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. This hotel is close to everything, so no need to drive. We walked everywhere. Only problem we had is we drive by it without even seeing it. Once we turned around and really looked we found it. Definitely would stay here again!

Dark hallways, like a dungeon

At check in, the person confirmed three nights but only put one night on the door card. Returned day two, could not get in had to have the card reprogrammed. Hallway lightning (at floor level) is atrocious; once you're using LED lights skimping on them is not necessary. Property owners are either cheap or have no sense: maybe both.

We truly enjoyed this new hotel for the low price we paid. The rooms are ultra modern but very compact. Not much space to set things down. AC was efficient and quiet. 15 min walk to castle/palace. Then another half min walk to historic core and restaurants.

Overall, I believe this is a high-value hotel to stay at in Guimarães. However, I had an issue during my stay. I checked out early in the morning and forgot to rebook an extra night. When I returned in the evening, I was charged double the rate—approximately US$112. The front desk explained that the rate had increased due to the weekend, and I accepted their reasoning and respected the hotel’s policy. That said, I later checked the rate on Expedia, and it appeared to be only $57 for that night. I found this discrepancy a bit strange and thought it was worth mentioning.

Dejligt rent hotel. God morgenmad. Køleskab på værelset, det var virkelig dejligt. Opholdsrum, hvor man kunne sidde på stole, så man kan spille spil. Det er sjældent, der er 2 stole på værelset, og det var der desværre heller ikke her. Fine parkeringsmuligheder. 15-20 minutter tager det at gå til centrum. Vi gik op til Sanctuary of Penha, men man kan også tage gondolen, eller køre bil derop . Meget smukt sted.

Excelente c

Este hotel fica 10 minutos do Centro Histórico mas é muito bom. 3 euros até a cidade. Duas quadras a esquerda tem uma lanchonete e uma pizzaria. A cama é excelente e o silêncio do bairro também.
