"Die Adresse der Unterkunft war leider eine andere als in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Zimmer rochen nach Rauch und waren nicht so freundlich, wie auf den Bildern. Die Straße und die Bahn waren sehr laut, so dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Unter einer „Blauen Lagune“ stellt man sich etwas anderes vor."

"The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs. No elevator is available and posting didnt note the floor level. The apt numbers are not in order as you climb the stairs which was a minor point of confusion as we climbed. "The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. "Staff were great -- the guy who checked me in told me not to worry about getting to the airport 3 hours in advance, given that the airport would not be open then! Also told me about coffee & croissants available at 4 am -- very nice! My room had a fridge and a comfortable bed. One of the bedside lamps didn't work, which was unfortunate, because the room was a little dark without it. I also wish the shower had provided hair conditioner. And I still think the artwork (blindfolded, stylized woman -- same painting in my room 9 years ago at this same hotel!) is creepy, but that's a pretty minor complaint. The hotel remains an excellent option when you need to be really (REALLY!) close to the airport -- less than 5 mins walk, even with a stack of luggage."
