Das Premiere Inn Hotel in Bad Cannstatt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel.

Leider war das Zimmer leicht dreckig und das Bad nicht ordentlich geputzt, nach Reklamation gab es keinerlei entgegenkommen. Sehr schade. Wir sind wirklich keine anspruchsvollen Gäste aber eine Grundreinigung sollte bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel schon möglich sein.

Es gab öfter Kommunikationsprobleme an der Rezeption, vor allem innerhalb vom Personal. Es wurde diverses Abendessen angeboten. Eine Karte war wohl generell von Premier Inn. Das Essen gab es aber in Bad Cannstatt nicht. Klassisch Abendbrot, wie auf der Karte ausgewiesen, konnte komplett nicht angeboten werden. Die daraufhin bestellte Suppe...die Suppenschüssel war nicht mal gut gefüllt... Die Matratzen waren nur 1,90m lang. Mein Mann (1,94m groß) passte nicht komplett auf das Bett.

Leider war die Toilette nicht sehr sauber es waren Haare unter und Spitzer auf der Klobrille. Das Kopfkissen im Bett fand ich sehr unbequem und habe deshalb schlecht geschlafen. Ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer bekommt man leider nur wenn man sich für einen Newsletter anmeldet und mit dem Zettel zur Rezeption geht. Immerhin war die Einrichtung in gutem Zustand und es gibt ein Parkhaus direkt im Hotel.

Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig. Toll fanden wir, dass die Kinder auch ein richtiges Bett hatten. Das Personal war zurückhaltend und freundlich, das mögen wir. Mit dem Frühstück und den Getränken aus der Bar waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
