"The waterfront location of this cottage is amazing! And it’s located within a short and easy drive to the grocery store and restaurants in Littleton, among other places. Lots of great amenities are included. The cottage was clean and well maintained. There was ample space in the kitchen for my boyfriend and I to cook some meals. We loved the firepit area and that firewood is there on the property to use. Not having to bring our kayaks was great and we enjoyed the water mat and dock. We both had good cell service, I didn’t even use the WiFi. Comfy furniture, the AC worked great, and the water pressure was good. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The only downside during out stay was the small shower. But, overall we loved staying at this cottage! "

"The owners, Dennis and Jeannette, are hands-down the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever had—and we rent often! Booking, check in, and check out were very easy, and Jeanette communicated with us every step. The space was the perfect size for just the two of us, and exactly what we were looking for: a cozy, well-kept space that wasn’t an oversized house but still had everything we needed.The property is beautifully maintained, and the dock had plenty of space for our boat. Our golden retriever had the time of her life jumping off the dock, chasing sticks in the water, and getting some snuggles from the owners. We came looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly, boat-friendly getaway for our anniversary, and this place delivered in every way. We can’t wait to plan our next visit. "

"A great time was had by all despite the 100 degree temperatures. Grandchildren loved the paddle boards and water mat. Being at the house was more popular than the boat rental."

"We had a wonderful, relaxing, fun, convenient, easy, joyful week in this beautiful home. We wanted for nothing - everything was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully supplied with cooking and food storage equipment. The grill, pizza oven, and Blackstone worked perfectly. The dock had shady spots all day long. We hope to stay again many more years, and are so grateful to the owners for allowing us time in their home. "
"Beautiful home with all the amenities. Lovely views, plenty of outdoor seating on porches, decks, patios and boat dock. Kitchen well equipped and organized with everything you would need, including two dishwashers. Everything was upscale, beautiful and comfortable. Kayaks were a huge hit with the kids, and swimming and fishing were fun from the dock. Fire pit and grill were used and appreciated! Quiet location, no partying. "

"We had so much fun at this house. Probably one of our best vacations! The house was perfect for our needs. It has a shallow area great for kids but also deep enough at the dock to jump in. The shallow swimming area is shaded in the afternoon which saved us (heatwave that week). The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked there most nights. We even caught some decent size fish from the dock. We truly had a great time!"
