Enjoy classic Lake Gaston living with a spacious deck overlooking the water, ideal for morning coffee, grilling and enjoying family meals, or winding down after a full day on the lake with an outdoor table and chairs. The private dock with boat slip makes boating, fishing, swimming, and tubing easy and convenient. Kayaks, paddleboard and a large water mat are available for the adventurers or enjoy the lounge chairs on the upper dock while reading a book or soaking in the sun. For those who can’t sit still, outdoor games such as ladder ball, bocce ball and washers can be enjoyed in the large open grassy areas around the dock. There is plenty of space for the little (and big) kids to play. After the long day at the lake, grab a glass of wine or a beer and sit around the large firepit to reminiscing about the day and enjoy the relaxing cool lake evening.

Comfortable Main-Level Living

The main level features a bright, open concept living area with comfortable seating and large sliding doors that open to the deck. The living room includes a TV with Roku, allowing guests to log into their favorite streaming apps. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, making family meals and game nights simple and enjoyable.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Three bedrooms upstairs, perfect for families or multiple couples including a main bedroom with a queen bed and with attached full bath, second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with 4 twin beds.
• Basement bunk bed with trundle, ideal for kids or teens including a queen bed with twin XL bunk above and a twin trundle. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa.
• Full bathroom in the basement for added convenience with full sized refrigerator and full sized washer and dryer.
Please note: The basement is accessible from the outside only, offering a great setup for older kids, teens, or guests who enjoy a bit of privacy.

• TVs with Roku streaming devices in each bedroom, the living room, and the basement
• Board games for all ages
• Exercise area with Peloton bike (use your own membership or just simply ride), mat, and Bow Flex adjustable weights.

NOT PROVIDED: We do not currently have a boat available for rent, but your boat can be tied up to the dock.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets.

RENTAL POLICY: At least one renter must be 25 years of age or older and provide a copy of a valid ID after booking. We will also provide a copy of the house rules that we will need to be acknowledged.
