"Where to begin…positives- excellent helpful staff, nice hallways, inexpensive. The staff genuinely tried to make up for the shortcomings. Negatives- the shower water pressure wasn’t enough to get water to full flow through the shower head. The water temperature ranged from cold to body temperature. The room smells. The AC didn’t seem to work at all. The buffet breakfast was virtually inedible consisting of toast, some cereals and a few other items served in a room insufficient to hold the number of guests that tended to arrive after about 8:30am which of course was also complicated by the absence of many necessary things like bowls. No in room safes. Cigarette burn marks on the night table in our non smoking room. I don’t trust Expedia anymore regarding their hotel rankings. An international standard is supposed to apply to Star ratings but this was anything but a three star. I would give it a single star rating. "

"An almost perfect stay in Thessaloniki! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are modern, and the entire place felt spotlessly clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the excellent shower (water pressure is important:) and the high standard of service from the friendly staff. The only area for improvement would be the vegan breakfast options. Currently, the choices are mostly limited to toast and fruit. Since finding vegan variety in Thessaloniki can be a challenge, having some protein-based options (like tofu, legumes, or plant-based yogurt) would truly make this hotel perfect. Aside from that, everything was flawless. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Overall pretty good hotel. Everything was clean and well kept and the breakfast was good. Two things holding it back: walls are a little thin and very strangely the showers did not come with any soap or shampoo so you literally had to walk out of the shower soaking wet to get hand soap from the sink in order to wash yourself"

"This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and the fact this property is marketed as “premium” is frankly laughable. Do not be fooled by the photos. They hide a reality of broken facilities, missing essentials, and a management team that disappears the moment you raise a problem. From the first night, the room was not fit for purpose. The window had only half a curtain, leaving the room exposed to light and neighbouring buildings. There was no privacy and no darkness, which meant no sleep at all. This was raised immediately with photos. I was ignored. The shower was the next failure. The shower pole was detached from the wall, unstable, and painful to use. This is a basic hygiene and safety issue, not a minor defect. Again, photos were sent. Again, silence. Communication then completely collapsed. Messages went unanswered. Calls were ignored. I spent an entire day chasing someone just to acknowledge the issues. The only time they replied was after I threatened a chargeback, which says everything about how they treat guests once they have your money. A staff member eventually appeared, confirmed the curtain was too short and unsuitable, and then left. No fix. No replacement. No follow-up. The issue remained unresolved for the rest of the stay. On top of this, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite being advertised. This was reported. Nothing was done. And then there were the so-called “facilities”, which were frankly insulting. Avoid! "
