"After a rocky start to the holiday involving flight diversion to Warsaw and 24hrs travelling, we went to our original hotel. We were disappointed to find that it was not as described and had poor service. We stayed at Parkside Apartments on our final night after seeing it across the road from our hotel and it was fabulous. It’s exactly what we wanted and 100% worth the price. The lady on reception was very friendly and clearly passionate about the workplace. The room was cosy, comfortable and felt like home. The decoration was unique and lovely and they even provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture. I had a great night sleep after a few restless nights. It’s unfortunate that we only got to stay the one night! As we would’ve liked to stay longer. If we ever return to Krakow this is definitely where we would stay. "
