i Arrived to the hotel at 12am and no one was at the front desk there’s A sign that says ring bell, but there is no bell anywhere and still nobody came out for a bell five minutes until I called the hotel and that’s when somebody answered and finally came out to assist me. I reserved a two queen bed room for me, my wife and two kids and they gave me a king bed room for all of us because they gave away our room. And the bed sheets were dirty towels were dirty even smelled used floor was full of crumbs and dirty. Also breakfast its only two kinds of cereal milk toast and coffee.

We reserve two rooms to queen bags a month ago. Came in there was no rooms. Was able to get Room 121 and 122.When we came to get our card for our rooms they were taken. The gentleman was able to put us into other rooms upstairs.We ask for the lower level.no impressed. Won't stay again. Hallways were not clean at all. Steps nasty. Came from Iowa to move our son. Glad we won't be back in Colorado.

Didn’t feel safe with clientele, the towels etc overused and thin, pillows lumpy, microwave placement had no recepticle to plug into as well as the IT desk. The continental breakfast was lacking in all aspects very sparse. My wife was afraid to leave room at night! I booked through Expedia however I was charged a rate higher than booked rate.

Reserved a room with double queen beds. Had 2 grand children with hubby and I. Got there to check in and they said all they had was a king suite with a sofa. No extra bedding. Had to go to front desk and ask for some. Phone in room to call front desk didn’t work. Alot of hair in the tub area. Pass on a shower. Bed was old and saggy.

The back of the toilet had dirt and hair on it, two of the towels had literal dirt on them. The bed sheets also had a hair and stain on them. Overall cleanliness was bad but everything else was fine.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. I just wanted a clean room to sleep in. The bathroom was gross, and the bedroom floors were so dirty.

We arrived pretty late at night or else we would have cancelled our reservation as soon as we got there. They have a no smoking policy but the hallways were full of smoke and our hotel smoke detector was actually covered up. We had to be reassigned removes on our arrival because the door wouldn’t unlock. Between the “neighbors” and “neighborhood travelers” walking through and yelling down the halls throughout the night to the quality of the entire hotel room, I refuse to stay at another hotel under the same name. The neighborhood was pitch black around and we were lucky to park under what seemed like the one light in the parking lot. My husband told me once we were in the room he didn’t want me leaving by myself and he would worry about our luggage. I wouldn’t recommended this hotel ever and I made the mistake by not looking at the reviews before booking.
