"Standard, albeit clean business hotel. Not a vacation hotel but a stop-over. Breakfast is below standard in that the eggs are from, I believe, a box and the sausages were a overdone. Lots of carbs available. Wooden cutlery- gross. I don't know what happened to hotel prices but $300 a night is steep for this kind of hotel. From here to Halifax a there were no other rooms available so maybe it was a supply and demand thing."

"We loved our end of summer visit. The space worked well for four adults. The cottage is sweet, and had everything we needed. The lake, dock and gazebo exceeded our expectations. Swimming, fishing, canoeing, bonfires, and watching the wildlife were enjoyed by all of us.The lake was filled with smallmouth bass. We would love to return!"

"For me, this was as comfortable and homey as it gets. When cottaging I love a rustic set-up and a few interesting antiques ... this place felt like home from the minute we arrived. The view was stunning; the beach was 10 seconds away, and everything we could possibly have needed was there. The barbecue worked great, everything was clean and comfy and there was AC for the hot nights. Beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"We just loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the peaceful area with trails and a hot tub. Loved the calm colors and artistic flair. Everything we needed was there and we had such a good sleep. We’d definitely come back again!"

"The host is incredible friendly and kind. Really enjoys getting to meet the people staying there. Would it be nice to have my own bathroom and kitchen, rather than a shared one, yes it would. However, for the price, this place is a very good and sharing a bathroom and kitchen is definitely manageable. Overall, I left feeling like I was staying at a relatives who I haven't seen in a while."

"Extremely nice, quiet, and homey. Would definitely recommend staying here. The ski resort is walking distance, hot tub is great, even has a washer and dryer. Only heads up -- stairs are narrow and semi-steep, but those weren't an issue for us. We'd stay here again"
