"We checked in about 6:00pm. The lady who checked us in was rude and had no personality. She acted like we bothered her . She did let us know the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we pick this place. We had a Suite with a king size bed and a fold out bed. The mattress on the fold out bed was flat and you felt ever bar. There were no bed clothes for it so I had to go down stairs and ask for them. There were 2 towels only in the room. 2 hand towel 2 wash clothes. We had 3 people. The phone didnt work so we had to walk back down stairs to get extra. She didnt have any. I had to wait on house keeping the next day. The mattress on the king size bed was tolerable but not great. The morning coffee was cold. Wouldnt melt the suger I added. The morning front desk person was very nice and was willing to help. I won't stay in anything by Wyndham again. I find they are laking greatly. "

"I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. "

"The room was filled with dust. I booked for 2days first day I got ready to go to a funeral. When I returned the room was dirty and they leave the door open. Thank God I brought my important things with me. I think they should tell guesses that they change 2$ per days for their safe even if you don’t use it. I requested a clean room for the next and I asked not to be put by the ice machine or the exit door. They said they would give me a room in the middle to my surprise they put me at the stairwell and the ice machine room 310 on the third floor. I didn’t sleep the ice machine and exit door was busy all night. There were other available rooms on the third floor after having such a bad day grieving and tired I laid there I checked out at 7.am I told the front desk how disappointed I was. I think they should have only charged me for 1night. I will not tell anyone to stay there. "

"The whole unit, kitchen included was clean and tastefully decorated. Food Lion is directly across the street, roasted chicken very tasty, and the deli department was well stocked; it was easy to have a nice meal after a day of travel, and desire to relax."

"Shower needs a hand rail and needs a towel rack. No hangers in close. No sponge in Kitchen. The bed we did mid not find at all comfortable. The best thing is it was all very clean and very convenient to hospital! Allyssa nice and availale."
